Lee Graham maintains a wait list for prospective members. If you are interested in becoming a member, please fill out the and pay the non-refundable fee of $35. You will receive a confirmation email once you have applied. Memberships are sold on a rolling basis and members must decide by April 1 of each year if they wish to sell. Once your name reaches the top of the wait list, you will be connected with a Seller to purchase their membership.
The cost of buying a membership is:
1.Up to $500 paid to the current owner
2.A one time Capital Contribution of $750 paid to Lee Graham
3. Annual dues and maintenance fee of $850 ($650 for senior memberships)
After the first year, members are only responsible for annual dues and maintenance fees.
Payments for the purchase of a membership should be made in a timely manner, not to exceed 30 days.

Effective January 1, 2014, all transfers of memberships will be made through the Lee Graham Corporation. The Corporation’s Board of Directors has established a maximum sales price of $500. The Corporation maintains a wait list for memberships and all Buyers must come from this list.
The Seller should notify the Corporation of intent to sell by submitting the Termination Form and a $25 fee for processing the transfer. Termination forms are due by April 1 of the current year. If you do not send in a Termination Form by April 1, you will be responsible for the current year's dues and maintenance fee.
Once your termination form is received, the Corporate Administrator will connect you with the person at the top of the Wait List. The Seller may sell the membership to the Buyer for up to $500 .
